World's Best Southern Caribbean Buffet blend can be served dry or cooked. It is enriched with all natural organic bee pollen and includes almonds, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, beets, cashew pieces, corn, carrot, papaya dice, cherry, pumpkin seed, soybean, green pepper, cranberry, banana, pine nut, pasta, green pea, pineapple, dates, celery, pepitas, gold raisin, raisin, apple granules, oat groats, wheat, filberts, brazilian nut pieces, sweet potatoes, cinnamon sticks, parsley, and ground basil. Also available by the pound, in 10lb or 20lb bags.

Serve dry or "instant cook" using our easy prep recipe.
Simply boil 1 3/4 cups of water and add 2 cups of food. Stir and let sit until food is moist and has cooled. Stir and serve.
Remainder can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or freeze remainder in a ready-to-serve container.
